why I create

I create art to transform suppressed emotion into visible power.
My work shows that intensity, anger, and sensitivity are not flaws to be fixed — they are signals, boundaries, and creative fuel.

Through bold color and strong characters, I give shape to emotions many people were taught to hide — so they can recognize themselves without shame and feel permission to take up space.

My Journey

For a long time, I carried anger without understanding where it came from — not the loud kind, but the quiet kind that dims joy and hides sadness behind discipline, strength, and a smile.

I grew up learning self-awareness, discipline, and acceptance. I learned how to function well. But what I hadn’t learned was how to feel.

Letting go didn’t come from fixing myself. It came when I finally allowed the anger to exist. When I stopped resisting it, I discovered what lived underneath: sensitivity, longing, personal boundaries, and an intense creative fire.

What My Art Does

My art is where intensity becomes passion.
The colors grew bolder. The characters stronger. The expressions unapologetic.

These figures represent versions of myself — and others — who no longer submit, explain, or soften themselves to be accepted.

I don’t create to provoke.
I create to make space — for emotions that were never meant to be hidden, and for people who are ready to be true rather than just accepted.

My Practice

I am a Copenhagen-based artist working in vibrant mixed media, navigating the space between figurative and abstract to evoke emotional transformation.

Figures in my work invite viewers to see themselves in a lighter and stronger perspective — a reminder that hidden emotions are fuel, not fear.

Everything in front of us was once only a thought or image in someone’s mind — including the inner fire you hold. Let it be seen, and let it shine.
